Do firefighters need to download an app?
Yes. Apps are coming soon to the Apple App Store and Google Play. It will take 30 seconds for them to get started. Works on any smartphone from the last 5 years.
What about our existing RMS?
First Pro integrates with ESO, Emergency Reporting, ZOLL, and most major RMS providers via API. One-click NFIRS submission.
Can we create custom scenarios?
Absolutely. Your Admin Portal lets you turn any incident into training in under 5 minutes. Or use our AI to generate scenarios from your SOPs.
How does mutual aid sharing work?
Share scenarios with specific departments, your entire mutual aid group, or keep them private to your department. You control who learns from your experiences.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No minimums. Whether you have 5 firefighters or 500, same per-seat pricing. In fact, for departments with more than 100 members, you will get a pricing discount!
Is our incident data secure?
Your data stays yours. We use bank-level encryption, SOC 2 compliance standards, and never share your department incidents without explicit permission. All data is stored on US-based servers with automatic backups.
How much training time does this actually require?
Just 3 minutes per scenario, as often as you want. That is less time than a truck check. Firefighters can complete training between calls, during downtime, or even at home. No mandatory hours-long sessions.
What if we need to cancel?
No contracts, no lock-ins. Pay annually and cancel anytime for a pro-rated refund. We are confident you will stay because First Pro works, not because you are trapped in a contract.
